Ingredients
- 500 - 600 g Potatoes depending on your hunger
- 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 1 Garlic whey chopped very finely
- Salt pepper
- Olive oil for spraying
Instructions
- At the perfect dinner, I once saw that someone cooked fried potatoes with breadcrumbs, which resulted in a nice crispness. So I thought, why shouldn't that work with baked potatoes too? And this is the result.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Put in a suitable roasting pan or on a baking sheet. Salt and pepper. Spread the Parmesan and breadcrumbs on top. Likewise the garlic. Now spray everything with spray oil and then mix well. Of course, you can also first put the whole thing in a bowl, mix everything and then spread it on the tray. If you don't have spray oil on hand, just take 1 - 2 tablespoons of normal olive oil.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the potato wedges for 45-55 minutes, depending on the variety. Turn 1 or 2 times in between.
- It tasted really good. We had them with kohlrabi and bratwurst.
- I can also imagine it very well with a fresh salad as a vegetarian main course.
