Crispy Cheese and Oven Potatoes

  • 1 kilogram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 Branches Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Flour
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoon Grated cheese


  • Wash the potatoes, quarter them lengthways and cook for about 10 minutes, put them in a bowl and let cool down a little.
  • Add paprika powder, chilli powder, thyme, flour, salt and carefully mix in.
  • Strip the needles from the twigs, peel the garlic, cut into small pieces and fold in with the cheese to the potatoes.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the potatoes on it and bake in the 200c oven for 15 minutes.
  • We ate pork neck chops and tomatoes with it.
