Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Potatoes
- 2 teaspoon Paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 2 teaspoon Thyme
- 2 Branches Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Flour
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoon Grated cheese
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes, quarter them lengthways and cook for about 10 minutes, put them in a bowl and let cool down a little.
- Add paprika powder, chilli powder, thyme, flour, salt and carefully mix in.
- Strip the needles from the twigs, peel the garlic, cut into small pieces and fold in with the cheese to the potatoes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the potatoes on it and bake in the 200c oven for 15 minutes.
- We ate pork neck chops and tomatoes with it.
