  • 750 g Flour
  • 450 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 1,5 pinch Salt
  • 1,5 Pc. Yeast cubes
  • 1 Glass Plums
  • 80 g Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  1. Put part of the flour in a bowl, add salt, mix. Mix the yeast with the milk and add. Mix well with the rest of the milk. Add the rest of the flour and then the beaten eggs.
  2. Knead the dough by hand until it comes off your fingers and bubbles. Let rise warm (approx. 30 minutes). Flour pieces of dough and wrap a plum in each. Put in hot salt water and let it steep for about 10 minutes (the water must not boil).
  3. Heat the butter in a pan – add cinnamon and sugar to taste and toss the well-drained dumplings through the pan. Serve immediately.
