Potato Dumplings with Grandma’s Plums and Cinnamon & Sugar Butter

- 750 g Flour
- 450 ml Milk lukewarm
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 1,5 pinch Salt
- 1,5 Pc. Yeast cubes
- 1 Glass Plums
- 80 g Butter
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Put part of the flour in a bowl, add salt, mix. Mix the yeast with the milk and add. Mix well with the rest of the milk. Add the rest of the flour and then the beaten eggs.
- Knead the dough by hand until it comes off your fingers and bubbles. Let rise warm (approx. 30 minutes). Flour pieces of dough and wrap a plum in each. Put in hot salt water and let it steep for about 10 minutes (the water must not boil).
- Heat the butter in a pan – add cinnamon and sugar to taste and toss the well-drained dumplings through the pan. Serve immediately.
