Vegetable Mince from Oven with Tzaziki
The perfect vegetable mince from oven with tzaziki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Organic ground beef
- 1 medium sized Carrot
- 1 medium sized Zucchini
- 1 size Onion
- 200 g Peas Tk
- Salt and pepper
- 1 green Thinly sliced paprika
- 1 maturity Thinly sliced tomato
- 6 Discs Choice of cheese
- 6 Discs Tzazi
- 1 medium sized Chopped onion
- 3 medium sized Chopped garlic
- 500 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Coarsely grate the onion, zucchini and carrot and place in a bowl. Mix the minced meat, salt & pepper, the peas and everything well.
- Put all of the dough in a mold, press it all around and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, the oven was not preheated.
- After about 20 minutes I spread the cut green bell pepper, the tomato slices, a few more chopped onion remains and the cheese on top and finished baking.
Tzaziki
- Put the Greek yoghurt in a bowl, grate the cucumber and onion, finely chop the garlic, season everything with salt and pepper, add a few squirts of lemon and then mix everything well and let it steep.
