Vegetable Mince from Oven with Tzaziki

The perfect vegetable mince from oven with tzaziki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Organic ground beef
  • 1 medium sized Carrot
  • 1 medium sized Zucchini
  • 1 size Onion
  • 200 g Peas Tk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 green Thinly sliced ​​paprika

  • 6 Discs Choice of cheese
  • 6 Discs Tzazi
  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 3 medium sized Chopped garlic

  1. Coarsely grate the onion, zucchini and carrot and place in a bowl. Mix the minced meat, salt & pepper, the peas and everything well.
  2. Put all of the dough in a mold, press it all around and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, the oven was not preheated.
  3. After about 20 minutes I spread the cut green bell pepper, the tomato slices, a few more chopped onion remains and the cheese on top and finished baking.

Tzaziki

  1. Put the Greek yoghurt in a bowl, grate the cucumber and onion, finely chop the garlic, season everything with salt and pepper, add a few squirts of lemon and then mix everything well and let it steep.
