Hannchen Jansen Cake

- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 P Vanilla sugar
- 125 g Flour
- 0,5 P Baking powder
- 1 P Sliced almonds
- 200 g Powdered sugar
- 1 P Cream stiffener
- 2 Cans Mandarins
- 400 ml Whipped cream
- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and 4 egg yolks until frothy
- Fold the flour and baking powder into the foam mixture
- 2 Place the cake rings on the baking sheets, grease them, distribute the dough evenly and smooth it out
- 4 Beat the egg white, gradually adding the powdered sugar
- Spread the egg whites on the two bases and sprinkle the sliced almonds on top in equal parts
- Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes
- Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and a little sugar until stiff
- Drain the mandarins and fold them into the cream
