  • 2 Pc. Free range eggs
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • Salt
  • 120 g Ground poppy seeds
  • 120 g Ground walnuts
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 40 g Butter
  • 80 g Sugar
  • Medium hot chili powder
  • Ground cinnamon
  1. Wash the lemon and rub some of the zest into a large bowl. Add flour, yeast, salt and sugar and mix well. Melt the butter, mix the milk with the cream and heat lukewarm. Cover the eggs and work into the flour mixture together with the melted butter.

Mix the poppy seeds, nuts, chilli powder, sugar, raisins and cinnamon together and sprinkle the dough with it. Roll up and cut into 4 cm thick slices. Turn the pieces in a little melted butter and place in the cake tin.
  4. Cover and let steep for another half an hour. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C and bake the wasp’s nest for 40 minutes.
