Minced Cinnamon Skewers

  • 700 g Mixed minced meat
  • 100 g Sheep cheese
  • 20 g Corn
  • 2 Pc. Spring onion
  • 4 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Medium hot chili powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Ground cardamom
  • Ground ginger
  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic, halve the spring onion and wash well, halve again and cut finely. Crumble the sheep’s cheese very finely with your hands. Now all ingredients are mixed well in a bowl and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with paper and preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat. Shape the mixture into hand-sized balls and stick the cinnamon stick through. Place on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for a good 20-30 minutes.
