Cattle – Leg Slice Sharp
The perfect cattle – leg slice sharp recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Beef meat fresh leg slice
- Salt
- Hot paprika spice -from the Turk-
- 1 Onion red
- Garlic oil
- 0,5 tube Tomato paste
- 500 ml Beef broth
- 4 tbsp Ajvar
- Heat the oil in a high pan.
- Season the meat on both sides with salt and paprika and fry until hot.
- Dice the onion and fry it.
- Add tomato paste, ajvar (hot) and beef broth and simmer with the lid closed for at least 90 minutes. (Turn the meat over in between!)
