Ingredients
 

  • 2 Beef meat fresh leg slice
  • Salt
  • Hot paprika spice -from the Turk-
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Garlic oil
  • 0,5 tube Tomato paste
  • 500 ml Beef broth
  • 4 tbsp Ajvar

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a high pan.
  • Season the meat on both sides with salt and paprika and fry until hot.
  • Dice the onion and fry it.
  • Add tomato paste, ajvar (hot) and beef broth and simmer with the lid closed for at least 90 minutes. (Turn the meat over in between!)
