Cattle – Leg Slice Sharp

The perfect cattle – leg slice sharp recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Beef meat fresh leg slice
  • Salt
  • Hot paprika spice -from the Turk-
  • 1 Onion red
  • Garlic oil
  • 0,5 tube Tomato paste
  • 500 ml Beef broth
  • 4 tbsp Ajvar
  1. Heat the oil in a high pan.
  2. Season the meat on both sides with salt and paprika and fry until hot.
  3. Dice the onion and fry it.
  4. Add tomato paste, ajvar (hot) and beef broth and simmer with the lid closed for at least 90 minutes. (Turn the meat over in between!)
