Pumpkin Cheesecake in Glass and Milkshakes for Adults

ground

  • 380 g Gingercookies
  • 6 tbsp Butter

Cheesecake

  • 650 g Cream cheese
  • 300 g Pumpkin
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0,5 tsp Ginger powder
  • 0,25 tsp Pimento
  • 0,25 tsp Cloves
  • 0,25 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 220 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Cardamom

Milkshakes

  • 1 l Whole milk
  • 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
  • 1 packet Vanilla icecream
  • 5 tbsp Whiskey
  • 2 cups Cream
  • Cocktail cherries

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease the jar with oil. In a bowl, combine the crumbled biscuits and melted butter. Divide the mixture evenly between the jars and press gently until smooth. Put aside.

Cheesecake

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the mixer until it is smooth. Add the pumpkin puree and mix. Add sugar and spices and blend for about 1 minute. Gradually add the eggs and mix well. Add yogurt and vanilla essence. Pour the mixture into the jars up to approx. 2 cm below the edge. Line 2 casserole dishes with tea towels and place the glasses in the dish. Fill the mold with hot water so that the water reaches about half of the glasses. Bake cheesecakes for about 25-30 minutes. Serve either warm or cold.

Milkshakes

  1. Mix 3,200ml milk with 3-4 tablespoons of ice in a blender. Add 1-2 tbsp whiskey and mix well. Whip the cream. Serve the milkshake in a milkshake glass, pour 2 tablespoons of cream on top and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
