Broccoli Asian

The perfect broccoli asian recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Broccoli
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 St. Ginger
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Cut the broccoli into slices.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  3. Peel the onions and also finely dice them.
  4. Lightly roast the onions in the pan in a little oil.
  5. Add the garlic to the broccoli and deglaze with the soy sauce.
  6. Just before serving, add the ginger.
  7. Season to taste with a little salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  8. Delicious side dish to our pork medallions.
