Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 Carrots, sliced
- 0,5 bunch Spring onions, cut into pieces
- 2 Garlic cloves, pressed and chopped
- 5 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 10 tbsp Asian fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil for frying
- 125 g Wok noodles
- 300 ml Water
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients and prepare as indicated.
- Heat the oil in the wok. Fry the garlic in the oil for a very short moment, then add the chicken and fry until the meat is white.
- Add the broccoli and carrots and cook everything until it is still firm to the bite.
- Now season the whole thing with the soy and fish sauce. Of course, depending on your taste, you can take more or less of the sauces.
- Now add 300ml water and also add the wok noodles (uncooked). Stir the whole thing until the noodles are soft.
