Asian Chicken with Broccoli and Carrots from Wok

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Pc. Fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 Pc. Carrots, sliced
  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions, cut into pieces
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves, pressed and chopped
  • 5 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 10 tbsp Asian fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil for frying
  • 125 g Wok noodles
  • 300 ml. Water
  1. Wash all ingredients and prepare as indicated.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok. Fry the garlic in the oil for a very short moment, then add the chicken and fry until the meat is white.
  3. Add the broccoli and carrots and cook everything until it is still firm to the bite.
  4. Now season the whole thing with the soy and fish sauce. Of course, depending on your taste, you can take more or less of the sauces.
  5. Now add 300ml water and also add the wok noodles (uncooked). Stir the whole thing until the noodles are soft.
