Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 Carrots, sliced
  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions, cut into pieces
  • 2 Garlic cloves, pressed and chopped
  • 5 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 10 tbsp Asian fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil for frying
  • 125 g Wok noodles
  • 300 ml Water

Instructions

  • Wash all ingredients and prepare as indicated.
  • Heat the oil in the wok. Fry the garlic in the oil for a very short moment, then add the chicken and fry until the meat is white.
  • Add the broccoli and carrots and cook everything until it is still firm to the bite.
  • Now season the whole thing with the soy and fish sauce. Of course, depending on your taste, you can take more or less of the sauces.
  • Now add 300ml water and also add the wok noodles (uncooked). Stir the whole thing until the noodles are soft.
  • Bon appetit!
