Chicken Salad with Tacco Chips

The perfect chicken salad with tacco chips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dressing:

  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 60 g Salsa sauce
  • 1 packet Salatfix “Yogurt Herbs”

Chicken:

  • 2 piece Fresh chicken breast
  • 2 piece Salt, pepper, chilli
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Salad:

  • 1 Lettuce
  • 3 tbsp Corn a. d. Can
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 200 g Cherry vine tomatoes
  • 2 Cocktail pickles
  • 50 g Mountain cheese
  • 50 g Taccochips
  1. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides in the grill pan, season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and leave to rest in the oven at 120 °. Fry the corn vigorously in the frying fat and set aside.
  2. For the dressing, mix the yoghurt with the salsa sauce and Salatfix.
  3. Cut the salad into strips and dress with salt, pepper, sugar and 1 tablespoon of salad oil and vinegar. Cut the spring onions into thin rings, quarter the tomatoes, thinly slice the cucumber and thinly slice the bell pepper and mix with the lettuce. Slice the chicken breasts and place on the salad. Garnish the salad with the Taccochips and serve with the dressing. Fresh baguette tastes good with it.
