Pasta with Sausage and Zucchini – Leek – Cream Sauce
The perfect pasta with sausage and zucchini – leek – cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Bockwurst
- 0,5 Zucchini
- 0,5 Leek
- 100 ml Cooking cream 7%
- 1 El Cream cheese
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Pasta as desired
- Some cooking water from the pasta
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Vegetable broth
- Iglo 8 herbs
- Seasoned Salt
- Cook the desired amount of pasta according to the instructions.
- Finely dice the zucchini, garlic, sausage and leek in a pan, sauté, sprinkle with some broth and season well.
- Deglaze with a few tablespoons of pasta boiling water.
- Add the boiling cream, cream cheese and a little more pasta water. Let it simmer a little and maybe add some seasoning.
- Mix in the herbs (approx. 1 tablespoon), fold in the drained noodles and serve. Good Appetite 🙂
