Pasta with Sausage and Zucchini – Leek – Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Bockwurst
  • 0,5 Zucchini
  • 0,5 Leek
  • 100 ml Cooking cream 7%
  • 1 El Cream cheese
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Pasta as desired
  • Some cooking water from the pasta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Vegetable broth
  • Iglo 8 herbs
  • Seasoned Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook the desired amount of pasta according to the instructions.
  • Finely dice the zucchini, garlic, sausage and leek in a pan, sauté, sprinkle with some broth and season well.
  • Deglaze with a few tablespoons of pasta boiling water.
  • Add the boiling cream, cream cheese and a little more pasta water. Let it simmer a little and maybe add some seasoning.
  • Mix in the herbs (approx. 1 tablespoon), fold in the drained noodles and serve. Good Appetite 🙂
  • For ww friends, the entire dish is 13pp (7 pp filling for pasta).
