Pasta with Salmon, Zucchini and Cream Cheese Sauce

- 400 g Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 250 ml Milk
- 400 g Salmon fillet
- 200 g Cream cheese 70% F.i.Tr.
- 400 g Pasta of your choice
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 Lemon, of which zest + juice
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Halve the zucchini lengthways and cut into larger cubes. Dice the salmon and onion as well. In 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the salmon while turning. Season and then remove from the pan and set aside. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Then heat the remaining oil in a pan. Fry the onion and zucchini briefly. Add the cream cheese and milk and stir everything well. Bring to the boil briefly, add the salmon and season to taste with the grated lemon zest, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Arrange the pasta on plates and spread the salmon sauce on top. If you like, you can garnish with basil.
