Broccoli Chicken Pan
The perfect broccoli chicken pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1000 g Broccoli florets
- 1000 g Chicken breast fillet
- 2 Onions
- 500 ml Milk
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Herbal processed cheese
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic
- Fat for the pan
- Sauce binder light
- Cook the broccoli in salted water until al dente. Prepare the chicken and cut into pieces, peel and dice the onions.
- Drain the broccoli and set aside. Heat the fat in the pan, fry the chicken until golden brown, season with salt, pepper and garlic, remove from the pan and keep warm in the oven.
- Then sauté the onions in the pan, deglaze with the milk and bring to the boil. Add processed cheese and let melt while stirring. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic. Add broccoli and chicken and bring to the boil.
- Tie off with a little sauce binder, and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. It goes well with pasta or boiled potatoes.
