  • 1000 g Mixed minced meat
  • 7 Eggs
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Bun
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 pack Bacon slices
  • Salt, pepper, garlic
  1. Soak the rolls in cold water, press them and set aside. Hard boil four eggs, peel them and set aside. Peel and dice the onions. Knead the minced meat with the rolls, onions and 3 eggs, add the mustard and season well with salt, pepper and garlic.
