Salmon Pasta Salad

The perfect salmon pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 300 g Salmon fillet with skin
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 200 g Lamb’S lettuce (Rapunzel)
  • 1 bunch Radishes
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • Extinguish white wine
  • Salt
  1. Cut the lamb’s lettuce and radishes in a bowl. Boil the pasta in salted water, after draining, mix with the capers and the sour cream. Sear the salmon on the skin side, deglaze with the wine and let it simmer in the closed pan until a fork glides through the fillet without resistance. Simply remove the buttery salmon from the skin, cut into small pieces and add to the pasta. Mix carefully and then fold into the salad, season with a little salt, bon appetit!
