Kumquats – Grapes – Jam
The perfect kumquats – grapes – jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Kumquat fresh
- 250 g Blue seedless grapes
- 1 tablespoon Peppermint leaves
- 250 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- My kumquat tree hangs fuller than ever. So I harvest a part of it, wash it with hot water, because there are always small remnants, cut them through.
- Wash grapes, cut in half.
- Wash the first leaves of the peppermint, add small plucks. sugar-free everything + let it stand.
