Spinach Omelette

The perfect spinach omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Fresh spinach
  • 1 Onion approx. 75 g
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 3 Radish
  1. Clean the spinach / remove the stalks, coarsely tear, wash and drain well. Peel and dice the onion. Dice the garlic cloves and dice finely. Beat the eggs and whisk. Clean, wash and halve the radishes. Heat the oil (1 tbsp) in a pan, fry the onion cubes with the garlic clove cubes vigorously / stir-fry in them, add the spinach and briefly sear / stir-fry. Drizzle / spread the egg mixture over it and let everything set / cook with the lid closed. Finally season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 – 3 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 – 3 big pinches). Serve garnished with halves of radish.
