Spinach and Ham Omelette

The perfect spinach and ham omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 300 g Cooked spinach and finely chopped
  • 3 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 190 g Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 125 g Finely diced cooked ham
  • 40 g Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a 22 x 22 baking pan with butter. Whisk all ingredients together well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes until the mixture has set. Take out of the oven and let cool down completely. Turn out of the mold and cut into pieces of the same size. Serve warm or at room temperature.
