Spinach – Omelette

The perfect spinach – omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Fresh spinach
  • Salt
  • Some onion
  • 30 g Cooked ham
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Whipped cream
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Fat for frying
  1. Wash and clean the spinach. Drop together in boiling salted water. Drain, chill and drain. Chop coarsely.
  2. Roughly dice the onion. Steam in hot fat until translucent. Cut the ham into small pieces, add and sweat briefly. Mix in the spinach.
  3. Mix the eggs with the cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour evenly over it. Cover with a lid and let set.
  4. Slide the omelette onto a plate and garnish as desired.
