Spinach – Omelette
The perfect spinach – omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Fresh spinach
- Salt
- Some onion
- 30 g Cooked ham
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tablespoon Whipped cream
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Fat for frying
- Wash and clean the spinach. Drop together in boiling salted water. Drain, chill and drain. Chop coarsely.
- Roughly dice the onion. Steam in hot fat until translucent. Cut the ham into small pieces, add and sweat briefly. Mix in the spinach.
- Mix the eggs with the cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour evenly over it. Cover with a lid and let set.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and garnish as desired.
