Magic Cake: Chocolate Magic Cake with Three Layers of Batter

  • 2 Eggs
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Water
  • 60 g Melt butter
  • 40 g Flour
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 180 ml Milk
  • 0,5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line a square baking pan (15×15) with baking paper.
  2. First warm the milk and melt the butter in the microwave.
  3. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Add half of the sugar and the water to the egg yolks and mix everything with the mixer to a creamy mass.
  4. Gradually add the melted butter while stirring.
  5. Add the flour and cocoa powder through a sieve. Also add the pinch of salt. Mix everything with the whisk.
  6. Gradually mix in the warm milk with the whisk. Then add the vanilla extract.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white with the other half of the sugar and use the mixer to beat it until frothy.
  8. Carefully lift the egg whites under the chocolate mass with the whisk.
  9. Pour the batter into the baking pan and put it in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle your Magic Cake with powdered sugar, if you like, and enjoy!
