Leberkäse – Pan with Vegetables

The perfect leberkäse – pan with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 9 small slices Meatloaf
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Peas
  • 1 Can Kidney beans
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 2 cups Cream
  • Salt pepper
  • Mixed frozen herbs
  • Sauce binder light
  1. Sear the liver cheese slices, remove them from the pan and cut them into small pieces, then fry them briefly in the pan. Drain the vegetables and add them to the pan.
  2. Pour in the vegetable stock and cream and let simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper . Stir in sour cream and add herbs to taste.
  3. Finally, bind with the sauce binder depending on the desired consistency. Ribbon noodles or boiled potatoes go well with it.
