- 2 Eggs
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Water
- 60 g Melt butter
- 40 g Flour
- 20 g Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 180 ml Milk
- 0,5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line a square baking pan (15×15) with baking paper.
- First warm the milk and melt the butter in the microwave.
- Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Add half of the sugar and the water to the egg yolks and mix everything with the mixer to a creamy mass.
- Gradually add the melted butter while stirring.
- Add the flour and cocoa powder through a sieve. Also add the pinch of salt. Mix everything with the whisk.
- Gradually mix in the warm milk with the whisk. Then add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white with the other half of the sugar and use the mixer to beat it until frothy.
- Carefully lift the egg whites under the chocolate mass with the whisk.
- Pour the batter into the baking pan and put it in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
