Fruity Crumble Cheese Muffins

The perfect fruity crumble cheese muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Sprinkles

  • 50 g Butter
  • 75 g Flour
  • 30 g Vanilla sugar

Cheese mass

  • 2 Eggs
  • 60 g Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Layered cheese or quark
  • 0,5 packet Custard powder
  • 0,5 Can Tangerine oranges
  1. Knead the butter, flour and sugar to make crumbles. Put in a cool place.
  2. Beat the eggs, sugar and salt with a hand mixer until creamy white. Stir in the layered cheese / quark and pudding powder.
  3. Drain the tangerine oranges well in a sieve and cut into small pieces.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place a paper mold in each hollow of the muffin tin.
  5. First pour in the cheese mixture, then cover with pieces of mandarin and finally sprinkle the crumble over the top.
  6. Bake on the middle rack for 30 – 35 minutes. Open the oven door a crack so that the muffins rest in it for another 10 minutes. Take out and let cool down.
