Fruity Crumble Cheese Muffins
The perfect fruity crumble cheese muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Sprinkles
- 50 g Butter
- 75 g Flour
- 30 g Vanilla sugar
Cheese mass
- 2 Eggs
- 60 g Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 g Layered cheese or quark
- 0,5 packet Custard powder
- 0,5 Can Tangerine oranges
- Knead the butter, flour and sugar to make crumbles. Put in a cool place.
- Beat the eggs, sugar and salt with a hand mixer until creamy white. Stir in the layered cheese / quark and pudding powder.
- Drain the tangerine oranges well in a sieve and cut into small pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place a paper mold in each hollow of the muffin tin.
- First pour in the cheese mixture, then cover with pieces of mandarin and finally sprinkle the crumble over the top.
- Bake on the middle rack for 30 – 35 minutes. Open the oven door a crack so that the muffins rest in it for another 10 minutes. Take out and let cool down.
