Chicken in Caramel Bacon

- 200 g Chicken breast fillet
- Bacon slices
- Espelette pepper
- Pepper
- Salt
- Raw sugar
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces about the thickness of a thumb and season with salt, pepper and Espelette pepper and wrap each piece in a bacon slice. Then roll these in cane sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
