Chicken in Caramel Bacon

The perfect chicken in caramel bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Chicken breast fillet
  • Bacon slices
  • Espelette pepper
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Raw sugar
  1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces about the thickness of a thumb and season with salt, pepper and Espelette pepper and wrap each piece in a bacon slice. Then roll these in cane sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
