Avocado Fries
The perfect avocado fries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 not quite ripe Avocados
- 1 Lime, the juice
- 1 Salt
- 1 Espelette pepper
- 30 g Parmesan, finely grated
- 1 Egg
- 1 Panko flour
- 1 Flour
- 1 Oil
- First we set up a breading station. 1st station – a bowl of flour. – 2nd station – a bowl with the clumped egg, which we season with the Parmesan, a little salt and Espelette pepper. – 3rd station – a bowl of panko flour.
- Now halve the avocado, remove the stone and then remove the pulp from the skin with a tablespoon and then cut into 2 cm thick wedges and drizzle them with the lime juice.
- Now turn the avocado wedges first in the flour, then pull them through the seasoned egg and finally turn them in the panko flour and then fry them in a little hot oil while turning for about 3-4 minutes and degrease a little on kitchen paper.
