Speculoos Tiramisu

The perfect speculoos tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 300 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 125 g Spekulatius
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto
  • 125 ml Espresso
  • Cocoa powder
  1. First separate the eggs and stir the egg yolks together with the sugar until lightly frothy. Stir in the mascarpone and sour cream in portions. Also add a tablespoon of amaretto. Then beat the egg white with a little salt until stiff and carefully fold into the mixture. Then break half of the biscuits into pieces and divide them into five glasses.
  2. Mix the espresso with the rest of the amaretto and drizzle over the biscuits. Then spread half of the mascarpone cream on top. Then break the remaining biscuits into pieces, pour them onto the cream and form the last layer with the remaining cream. Chill for about 1 hour and dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
