Fairy Kisses
The perfect fairy kisses recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 200 g Magarine
- 2 Egg yolk
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 2 tbsp Warm water
- Toffifee
- Giotto
- Rocher
- 6 Protein
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 180 g Sugar
- 2 Tl Food starch
- Knead the flour, sugar, margarine, salt, egg yolk and the water into a smooth dough. Put this in the fridge for an hour.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator and knead it well again on the floured work surface and cut out circles, for example. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Now place the confectionery in the middle of the biscuits according to taste. Possible variants are with Toffifee, Giotto, Ferrero kisses or with Rocher but best to halve them.
- Beat the egg white with lemon juice until stiff, finally let the sugar trickle in and add the cornstarch until it is a solid mass and everything is well mixed, now fill the ice snow into a piping bag and distribute it over the biscuits that the confectionery is completely covered.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. let cool down well
