Christmas Chicory Salad

The perfect christmas chicory salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Chicory
  • 3 Pc. Dates, diced
  • 1 Pc. Filleted orange
  • 6 Pc. Chopped walnuts
  • 2 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 pinch Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 3 tablespoon Wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 4 Pc. Kumquads
  1. Halve the chicory, cut out the stalk, cut into fine strips.
  2. Dice the orange fillets. Cut kumquads.
  3. Dice the dates. Peel and chop walnuts.
  4. Boil eggs, quench, peel.
  5. Make the vinaigrett, squeeze the rest of the juice out of the orange and add. Lift the lettuce through. Cut the eggs in 1/4, sprinkle with a little paprika.
