Christmas Chicory Salad
The perfect christmas chicory salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Chicory
- 3 Pc. Dates, diced
- 1 Pc. Filleted orange
- 6 Pc. Chopped walnuts
- 2 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 pinch Salt and pepper from the mill
- 3 tablespoon Wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 4 Pc. Kumquads
- Halve the chicory, cut out the stalk, cut into fine strips.
- Dice the orange fillets. Cut kumquads.
- Dice the dates. Peel and chop walnuts.
- Boil eggs, quench, peel.
- Make the vinaigrett, squeeze the rest of the juice out of the orange and add. Lift the lettuce through. Cut the eggs in 1/4, sprinkle with a little paprika.
