Pasta Pancakes with Tomato Salad

- 1 small pole Leek
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 100 g Soup noodles cooked
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- 1 small Shallot
- 200 g Date tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Plant cream
