Pasta Pancakes with Tomato Salad

The perfect pasta pancakes with tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small pole Leek
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 100 g Soup noodles cooked
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • 1 small Shallot
  • 200 g Date tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Plant cream
  1. Halve the leek lengthways, wash and cut into thin half rings. Braise with 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Mix with the pasta (which were already cooked) in a bowl. Mix in the eggs with salt and paprika. Mix everything well and a few Let it pass for a minute.
