Glass Noodle Salad
The perfect glass noodle salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Ground beef
- 100 g Pick salad
- 60 g Glass noodles
- 20 g Chopped ginger
- 2 Stalk Lemongrass chopped
- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves & Thai chilli chopped
- 20 g Peanuts, roasted and chopped
- 10 g Roasted onions
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 40 ml Rice vinegar
- 30 ml Fish sauce
- 1 part Coriander fresh, cut
- 1 part Mint fresh, cut
- Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly, finish the fry with half the amount of ginger, chilli, garlic and lemongrass and season with a little soy sauce. Let cool down.
- Soak the glass noodles in hot water.
- Prepare the dressing with honey, fish sauce, rice vinegar, the remaining ginger, lemongrass, garlic and chilli.
- Roast the peanuts in a pan without fat and chop them into small pieces.
- Put the salad and drained glass noodles in a bowl, sprinkle the minced meat, chopped peanuts, mint, coriander, onion strips and fried onions on top and mix well with the dressing.
