Glass Noodle Salad

The perfect glass noodle salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 100 g Pick salad
  • 60 g Glass noodles
  • 20 g Chopped ginger
  • 2 Stalk Lemongrass chopped
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves & Thai chilli chopped
  • 20 g Peanuts, roasted and chopped
  • 10 g Roasted onions
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 40 ml Rice vinegar
  • 30 ml Fish sauce
  • 1 part Coriander fresh, cut
  • 1 part Mint fresh, cut
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly, finish the fry with half the amount of ginger, chilli, garlic and lemongrass and season with a little soy sauce. Let cool down.
  2. Soak the glass noodles in hot water.
  3. Prepare the dressing with honey, fish sauce, rice vinegar, the remaining ginger, lemongrass, garlic and chilli.
  4. Roast the peanuts in a pan without fat and chop them into small pieces.
  5. Put the salad and drained glass noodles in a bowl, sprinkle the minced meat, chopped peanuts, mint, coriander, onion strips and fried onions on top and mix well with the dressing.
  6. Have fun cooking at home!
