  • 500 g Minced meat (beef)
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 medium sized Potatoes
  • 0,5 head Cauliflower fresh
  • 1 bag Grated cheese
  • 30 g Tomato paste
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 0,5 teaspoon Hot pepper
  • 0,5 teaspoon Bbq seasoning
  • 50 ml Soda
  1. Fry the minced meat together with the diced onions. Add spices, and when it’s done, add 50ml sparkling water and the tomato paste. Mix everything well. During this time I peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Put them in a baking dish and put everything from the pan on top. Now it is the turn of the cauliflower. Cut off the small florets and wash them. A little tip, since you usually buy a whole cauliflower, you can freeze the other half when you have it dry again after washing. Put the cauliflower on top in the baking dish and now the cheese over it. Now put it in the oven at 150 degrees C for about 50 minutes
