Casserole: Cauliflower with Potatoes

  • 1 small Cauliflower fresh
  • Salted water
  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt

  1. Wash cauliflower and cut into florets. Bring the salted water to the boil and cook the cauliflower in it for about 7-8 minutes. Then drain and let cool down a bit.
