- 1 small Cauliflower fresh
- Salted water
- 500 g Waxy potatoes
- 150 g Ham cubes
- 200 ml Cream
- 3 Eggs
- Salt

- 100 g Grated cheese
- Wash cauliflower and cut into florets. Bring the salted water to the boil and cook the cauliflower in it for about 7-8 minutes. Then drain and let cool down a bit.
