Autumn Pumpkin Latte Macchiato

The perfect autumn pumpkin latte macchiato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1 piece Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 0,25 tsp Cinnamon blossom spice
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 Cup Coffee
  1. Boil the pumpkin or heat it in the microwave until tender
  2. Puree the pumpkin with the vanilla and cinnamon until it is completely creamy, add 1 tablespoon of cream or condensed milk if necessary
  3. Bring the milk to the boil in the small saucepan
  4. Either froth hot milk with the hand blender or put it in a blender and mix until it becomes frothy. If you have a milk frother, you can of course use it
  5. Pour the pumpkin puree into the glass so that the bottom layer is formed
  6. Slowly pour in the espresso or coffee
  7. Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon or pumpkin spice mixture
