Autumn Pumpkin Latte Macchiato
The perfect autumn pumpkin latte macchiato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin puree
- 1 piece Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 0,25 tsp Cinnamon blossom spice
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Cup Coffee
- Boil the pumpkin or heat it in the microwave until tender
- Puree the pumpkin with the vanilla and cinnamon until it is completely creamy, add 1 tablespoon of cream or condensed milk if necessary
- Bring the milk to the boil in the small saucepan
- Either froth hot milk with the hand blender or put it in a blender and mix until it becomes frothy. If you have a milk frother, you can of course use it
- Pour the pumpkin puree into the glass so that the bottom layer is formed
- Slowly pour in the espresso or coffee
- Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon or pumpkin spice mixture
