Quark with Nectarine Cream and Cocoa Nuts Low Carb

The perfect quark with nectarine cream and cocoa nuts low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 380 g Lowfat quark
  • 100 g Nectarine without a core / without a skin
  • 20 g Walnut kernels
  • 20 g Shaved hazelnuts
  • 20 g Coffee cream
  • 5 g Cocoa butter
  • Sweetener
  • 44 g Raspberries
  1. Mix the low-fat quark with the coffee cream.
  2. Add sweetener to taste.
  3. Puree the nectarine (without core or shell) with a tablespoon of quark mixture
  4. Portion the quark on 2 plates and distribute the nectarine cream in the middle.
  5. Chop the walnut kernels
  6. Put cocoa butter and hazelnut kernels in a small saucepan to get hot.
  7. Stir until you have a strong scent of the nuts, then divide the nuts between both portions and garnish with raspberries.
