- 380 g Lowfat quark
- 100 g Nectarine without a core / without a skin
- 20 g Walnut kernels
- 20 g Shaved hazelnuts
- 20 g Coffee cream
- 5 g Cocoa butter
- Sweetener
- 44 g Raspberries
- Mix the low-fat quark with the coffee cream.
- Add sweetener to taste.
- Puree the nectarine (without core or shell) with a tablespoon of quark mixture
- Portion the quark on 2 plates and distribute the nectarine cream in the middle.
- Chop the walnut kernels
- Put cocoa butter and hazelnut kernels in a small saucepan to get hot.
- Stir until you have a strong scent of the nuts, then divide the nuts between both portions and garnish with raspberries.
