Dessert: Baked Apple Filled with Nuts on Budwig Quark and Vanilla Ice Cream
The perfect dessert: baked apple filled with nuts on budwig quark and vanilla ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Budwig quark and vanilla ice cream
- 200 g Nut mix *
- 2 tbsp Acacia honey
- 2 tbsp Budwig quark and vanilla ice cream *
- Mint leaves to decorate
- Blueberries to decorate
- 125 g Lowfat quark
- 30 ml Linseed oil
- 30 ml Fresh whole milk
- 1 tbsp Acacia honey
- Vanilla to taste and choice
- Wash the apples and punch or hollow out the seeds.
- Mix the nut mixture with the honey, add to the apples and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serving
- Trap the baked apple onto the plate and add a teaspoon of the ice cream. Decorate a little with the mint leaves and blueberries.
Homemade ice cream ….
- Mix all ingredients well, place in a bowl suitable for freezing and leave to cool for a good 4 hours in the freezer.
*Nussmischung
- I took 50 gr. Hazelnuts + 50 gr. Walnuts + 50 gr. Almonds + 50 gr. Cashew nuts. The nuts can be exchanged as required.
