Peanut Cream Pie Low Carb

- 150 g Ground almonds
- 150 g Butter
- 1 whole Banana
- 35 g Soy flour
- 75 g Natural carbonated mineral water
- 200 g Sour cream
- 50 g Peanut cream
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- Stevia sprinkle sweetness
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix soy flour with mineral water.
- Mix the almonds with baking powder.
- Mash the banana with a fork
- Let the butter melt in the microwave.
- Put everything together in a bowl and use a hand mixer to form a creamy dough.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool down well
- Mix the sour cream with peanut cream and add a little stevia sweetener
- Spread the cream on the cake base. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
