Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
The perfect stuffed portobello mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Portobellos
- 3 tbsp Vegan wild garlic pesto (homemade or bought)
- 5 El Grated vegan cheese
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
