Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

The perfect stuffed portobello mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Portobellos
  • 3 tbsp Vegan wild garlic pesto (homemade or bought)
  • 5 El Grated vegan cheese
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  1. Carefully remove the stalk from the mushrooms and chop finely.
