Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- Sweet paprika
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Red peppers
- 10 Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Orange peppers
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 3 tbsp Chives
- Salt and pepper
- 100 g Grated Edam
- 200 ml Vegetable broth hot
Instructions
- Clean, wash and cut the peppers.
- Clean the mushrooms, cut the stems into small pieces and place them in the mince.
- Mix the minced beef with the onion, spices, chives, paprika pieces & mushroom pieces.
- To give the egg, mix well into the mushrooms and pepper pieces.
- Place in a baking dish, put a little olive oil in the spaces between. Pour in the vegetable stock.
- Sprinkle with Edam cheese and then place in the oven at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes.
