Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • Sweet paprika
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 10 Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Orange peppers
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 3 tbsp Chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Grated Edam
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth hot

Instructions
 

  • Clean, wash and cut the peppers.
  • Clean the mushrooms, cut the stems into small pieces and place them in the mince.
  • Mix the minced beef with the onion, spices, chives, paprika pieces & mushroom pieces.
  • To give the egg, mix well into the mushrooms and pepper pieces.
  • Place in a baking dish, put a little olive oil in the spaces between. Pour in the vegetable stock.
  • Sprinkle with Edam cheese and then place in the oven at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes.
