Stuffed Mushrooms & Peppers

The perfect stuffed mushrooms & peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Pc. Chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard medium hot
  • Sweet paprika
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 10 Pc. Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Pc. Orange peppers
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 3 tablespoon Chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Grated Edam
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth hot
  1. Clean, wash and cut the peppers.
  2. Clean the mushrooms, cut the stems into small pieces and place them in the mince.
  3. Mix the minced beef with the onion, spices, chives, paprika pieces & mushroom pieces.
  4. To give the egg, mix well into the mushrooms and pepper pieces.
  5. Place in a baking dish, put a little olive oil in the spaces between. Pour in the vegetable stock.
  6. Sprinkle with Edam cheese and then place in the oven at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes.
