Fruity Turkey Curry

The perfect fruity turkey curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Turkey breast
  • 200 g Pineapple
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 3 Spring onions fresh
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 8 tablespoon Coconut milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • Roast tube
  1. Wash the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into cubes.
  2. Clean the peppers, remove the seeds, wash and cut into pieces. Cut the cleaned spring onions into rings.
  3. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.
  4. Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix with the coconut milk, salt, pepper, chilli and turmeric.
  5. Cut off a piece of roasting tube, close one end, fill with the prepared ingredients and close the second end.
  6. Put the packet in a large baking dish and cook it in the 200c. Warm oven on the lower rack for about 30 minutes.
  7. Take the roast tube out of the oven, let it rest a little, tear open and put in a bowl, season a little if necessary.
  8. Serve rice with it – we ate noodle with it because husband doesn’t eat rice that much .— BON APPETITE —
