Fruity Turkey Curry
The perfect fruity turkey curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Turkey breast
- 200 g Pineapple
- 1 Red Paprika
- 3 Spring onions fresh
- 1 piece Ginger
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 8 tablespoon Coconut milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli from the mill
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- Roast tube
- Wash the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into cubes.
- Clean the peppers, remove the seeds, wash and cut into pieces. Cut the cleaned spring onions into rings.
- Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.
- Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix with the coconut milk, salt, pepper, chilli and turmeric.
- Cut off a piece of roasting tube, close one end, fill with the prepared ingredients and close the second end.
- Put the packet in a large baking dish and cook it in the 200c. Warm oven on the lower rack for about 30 minutes.
- Take the roast tube out of the oven, let it rest a little, tear open and put in a bowl, season a little if necessary.
- Serve rice with it – we ate noodle with it because husband doesn’t eat rice that much .— BON APPETITE —
