  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 125 g Basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 150 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 slice Pineapple
  • 1 cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 0,125 L Cream
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Margarine

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, stir in the ketchup and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix with the cooked rice and set aside.
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices, heat some margarine in a saucepan and fry the mushroom slices in it for about 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Peel the banana and cut into slices that are not too thin (about as thick as the slices of the pineapple).
  • Layer the minced rice mixture and the mushrooms alternately in an ovenproof dish. Mix the cream with the crème fraîche, the curry powder and a little salt, spread the banana and pineapple slices on top and pour the curry sauce over them.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° top and bottom heat on the middle rack for 30 minutes.
