Corn Salad with Sour Cream Dressing

The perfect corn salad with sour cream dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 200 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp Medium hot mustard
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 1 Can Corn and pepper mix, drained weight 265 g
  1. Chop the onion very very finely or grate it on a vegetable grater. For the dressing, mix together the sour cream, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. First add one tablespoon of vinegar and, if necessary, add the second tablespoon. Stir in onion and drained corn mixture.
  2. You can also use pure canned corn and also chop a red pepper very finely and add it. Let the lettuce soak for a few hours before eating. Can also be prepared the day before.
  3. For a larger amount you can also use 2 – 3 cans of corn. Possibly then add 2 – 3 tablespoons of yoghurt to the dressing.
