Hanuta Cuts Homemade
The perfect mazu12 hanuta cuts homemade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 100 g Whole milk couverture
- 180 g Nut nugart cream
- 180 g Nut nougat (cut resistant)
- 50 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 50 g Chopped almonds
- 150 g Wafer sheets
- Melt the couverture over a water bath.
- Pour the nougat into the melted couverture and fold in.
- Stir in the nut nougat cream and mix in the nuts. (or just 100 gr. hazelnuts chopped)
- Let it cool down. approx. 10 min
- Cut the waffles to any size. (Are available e.g. at real or in the Russian store.)
- Brush half of the wafers with the nougat mixture. Place a waffle on each and press lightly.
