Hanuta Cuts Homemade

The perfect mazu12 hanuta cuts homemade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 100 g Whole milk couverture
  • 180 g Nut nugart cream
  • 180 g Nut nougat (cut resistant)
  • 50 g Chopped hazelnuts
  • 50 g Chopped almonds
  • 150 g Wafer sheets
  1. Melt the couverture over a water bath.
  2. Pour the nougat into the melted couverture and fold in.
  3. Stir in the nut nougat cream and mix in the nuts. (or just 100 gr. hazelnuts chopped)
  4. Let it cool down. approx. 10 min
  5. Cut the waffles to any size. (Are available e.g. at real or in the Russian store.)
  6. Brush half of the wafers with the nougat mixture. Place a waffle on each and press lightly.
