Ingredients
- 400 g Herbal cream cheese
- 250 g Grated Emmental
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 100 g Salami
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Cream
- Toast
Instructions
- Cut the ham and salami into pieces, finely chop the onion and garlic. Put everything together in a bowl and mix in the eggs, cream cheese and Emmental. Then add the cream and mix everything well again. Line a baking sheet with toast and pour the mixture over it. The whole thing is then baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. You can also stir in pineapple or mushrooms, depending on your taste. Alternatively, the cream can be replaced with milk.
